It was a very comfortable and casual atmosphere and our group of eight had a good time. They were very generous with the amount of wines for tasting and the pours. I would highly recommend, especially for American visitors.

My family is from Kansas, United States and have been doing a road trip through Southern Germany for our family summer vacation. We decided last minute to do a wine tasting on our way to Cologne to buy some wine to ship home. They had a same day tasting available and we're very inviting. My family speaks no German, spare for myself who only speaks a little bit due to some German classes I took in high school. They were very accommodating even though there was a language barrier. As my husband said, good wine is a language in itself. Their wine is fantastic. They have a wide selection of wines. We primarily tasted their white wines and a few of their reds for those of us who enjoy them. They had a wonderful range of sweet to dry of every variety for an incredibly reasonable price! We bought as a group 24+ bottles to ship back to the states and enjoy during the rest of our Germany road trip. They were so sweet as to give us two bottles and openers as gifts/souvenirs. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone passing through the area.
