Gave this place another chance. talked to the lady who seems to be the owner about not being able to order rice the previous time she said the delivery boy had answered the phone and it was a misunderstanding. the food is pretty good, not the best i've had, but not bad. the portions are a little smaller than what we've experienced in other local asian restaurants, but still decent. prices are decent for this area.

The hanoi team is always friendly, eating tastes very good, always fresh ingredients, all well prepared, simply pointed!
