Trust me, I've had my fair share of takeout pho. First off, the broth is amazing - I think it has ginger in it. It's no wonder they have a brunch option on the menu. The presentation for takeout makes perfect sense! The broth was piping hot and they had pre-cooked the meat, so it wasn't added half-cooked and ended up perfectly cooked when I added it at home. I have had my fair share of takeout pho, and let me tell you, this place is top-notch. The broth is amazing, I think it has ginger in it which gives it a unique and delicious flavor. I now understand why they offer just broth noodles on the menu, it's that good. The to-go presentation is well thought out - the broth was piping hot and the vegetables were pre-cooked so they were perfectly tender and flavorful. They even serve the veggies in a separate bowl so you can easily pour the broth over them at home. The staff was very friendly, despite being busy with phone calls. And a bonus, the bathroom was open and spotlessly clean, a sign that they take COVID safety seriously.
I am a big fan of their delicious veggie pho and tofu spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce. I constantly crave them. They also offer a wide selection of milk and boba teas with dairy-free milk options.
Located in a strip mall near the intersection of Oceanside and College, this restaurant may appear unassuming at first glance. However, the food is truly remarkable. The owner is very involved in the dining experience and may offer advice on how to enjoy the dishes. Don't be offended by this, as following his suggestions only enhances the meal. I personally tried the vegetable pho with fried tofu and vegetables in a vegetable broth. Despite the lack of star anise, the dish was still delicious. My husband ordered the tofu fried rice and spicy fried tofu as an appetizer, both of which were devoured quickly. One of my sons opted for the tofu bahn mi sandwich, which can be made less spicy by removing the jalapeños and butter. The other son enjoyed a crepe made with flour and coconut milk, and the owner's instructions on how to eat it were spot-on.

Their vegetarian pho is absolutely delicious! I also adore their tofu spring rolls, especially with the spicy peanut sauce. I always enjoy my meals here. They also offer a variety of milk tea and boba options, including dairy-free milk alternatives.
