We sampled 4 things Brisket fries... super tasty and tender Brisket, with great crunchy fries, and a nice melted cheese with bbq sause...delish! We had the Fretopie...dang! This was yummy and cheesy and chili goodness. House salad for greens so our heart won't revolt...they do have goodranch. And we had the pork ribs... tasty but they came out a bit cold so didn't enjoy thm as much, but the bbq sause has a niceflavor. Service was super friendly and she was willing to give us extra sause...etc. will be coming back here again!!!

Apparently not enough time in the microwave. I believe that the smoked brisket is actually poorly roasted tri-tip. Not smokedat all. See the picture for yourself. The meat was flavorless, dry and grisly. Covering the meat in a BBQ sauce doesn 't make itBBQ. I was leary when the meal arrived. I had never seen a BBQ brisket sandwich like this. I took a nibble of the meat and thecanned beans and all I can say is WOW! That was disgusting. Especially cold! I was hungry but I couldn 't stomach that garbage. Itook it home to the dog. When you 're incompetent, and can 't make a simple item like a smoked brisket sandwich, how can youtrust the rest of the menu? The blues music, the service and the New Orleans ambiance is appealing. I can recommend That BoyGood to stop in for a cold draft. But at all costs, avoid the food. Or you 'll be very disappointed. There are many betterchoices for dining in the area.

I had gotten the pulled pork... read more The quality of the food has definitely gone down. This used to be my go to for bbq because it's down the street from where I live. I had gotten the pulled pork plate and it was dry and over cooked. The corn bread was burnt to a crisp and barely edible for the most part. Their baked beans and collard greens are delicious hence the 2 star rating. Overall disappointed from the quality they started at to where they're at now.
