Texas Roadhouse - Oceanside

Fantastic appetizers, drinks and steaks! Server was new, but sweet and attentive. Long wait here, but they do a good job to appreciate time and efficiently sit people with a virtual wait. Great County atmosphere and music. Cheap bill for how good an experience we had. I always come back. Funny birthday surprise when they broke out the saddle!

Great food, friendly service, fun ambiance...you can't beat it, unless its so busy you have to wait a couple hours to get in. Even then, worth the wait.

This was my first time eating at Texas Roadhouse. We waited for 30 mins but worth the wait! Big love the atmosphere when I stepped in the dining room. Very American cowboy style! Especially like that steaks cooler display case which looks amazing! I had the 20oz rib-eye in bone steak and my wife had the 8oz sirloin with ribs and a side of chili. The steaks were full of favour and melt in your mouth good, and the ribs came off the bones completely and tender as well. Our kids love the deep fried onion a lot which looks very attractive and yummy! They are also a big fans with the bun with cinnamon butter! Service was quite good as well even the waitress was busy but still full of smile. Those waitresses and hosts even danced for mins! It made all the guests enjoyed the mini show with tasty foods! Great food, friendly service, fun ambiance and lovely vibes! This is one of the best restaurants for our road-trip from Vancouver Canada to San Diego in summer 2022! Highly recommended to anyone with kids or meat lovers!

Went on Friday July 15th 2022. Arrived around 5 pm and it was super busy. Hostess got us on the list and it was supposed to be a 30 minutes wait but ended up being only 10 min. Server was great, explained everything we had questions for, refilled our bread a couple times and just made sure we had everything we needed. Forgot his name but if I find the receipt I will post name on an edit, the man deserves some recognition!

We were there Friday 4/27/18, staff was super friendly and courteous. Our stakes were cooked to point, (It has happened at other places NOT at Texas RH that we order and our stakes are delivered over cooked, which is a downer because eventhough they may make new ones, there is another wait period, sides get cold and I get grumpy Here our stakes were perfect! We were able to enjoy our meal without any regrets and our toddler even had herself a good dance. Definitely look forward to our next visit when we are back in town. Thanks Guys!
