I am not sure if all employees are coordinated at this restaurant. I ordered a mocha frappuccino and specifically requested whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, as I always do at other locations. However, when I picked up my order at the window, it was missing both toppings. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This restaurant review is not good. Avoid going to this drive-thru when they are busy, and especially when they are overcrowded. It is common for multiple people to be waiting in line, only for someone to try to cut in from the side. It can be chaotic and frustrating at times. View all feedback.
The barista, Brandon, at this location was extremely helpful and patient. I was unsure about how to order my drink, but he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I got the right one. He truly made my visit to this establishment delightful!
Amazing. This Starbucks is the friendliest. They always have two Pike Place travelers ready to go on the first Saturday of every month!
Starbucks is Starbucks, it serves its purpose well but can be considered pricey. I like to treat myself to a refreshing drink occasionally, and the convenience of being able to easily find a Starbucks on nearly every street corner is a plus.
Customer service is always on point. The wait is usually long but it's starbucks and it's like that everywhere. Food and drink is always right. A younger blonde girl and a guy with tattoos helped me the past couple times and are so nice!
I came in September 2023. There were 8 people working. Only 4 of them making coffee or doing the drive through. The other 4 were either sweeping, appearing to count inventory or fiddling with the iPads they use, or just talking with one another. After waiting about 5-6 mins they eventually took my order. It was not busy. If I were management I would prioritize helping a customer vs inventory or sweeping. It goes a long way. Iced tea was good. Just the customer service and priorities are lacking.
