Without theThrow Back Thursday for five cents Hotdogs, I would pay 32.00 for 4 hotdogs and 2 fries... no drink. I would never go here if it's not Thursday.

I am a palled that this place has been able to be a chain because their product is horrible. The hotdog is disgusting and they’re charging seven dollars and change for this piece of garbage in a bun. The service is terrible. The place is filthy. There’s cockroaches and rats running around while you’re ordering and the management are imbeciles.

The kiosk to place an order would not accept payments. It wasted my time since I input my order but could not pay for it. There are no good seats in the restaurant. High top tables, not booths, are placed along the windows. The booths abut the condiment bar and soda fountain, so every person using those areas looks down on the people sitting in the booth. The service is of the lowest order workers who act like the customers are in the way. A cleaner kept following me, instead of cleaning visibly dirty tables with discarded wrappers and crumbs, he passed those and kept following me. Another worker acted like I was in the way while I was getting ketchup and napkins. No one was taking customer orders until a supervisor walked over to the idle employees and yelled at them to take the customers’ orders. The fries were overcooked in dirty oil. A hugely disappointing experience.
