Mexican Food - Oceanside

A California Burrito and a medium Horchata ordered. The flour tortilla tasted good. Almost as if it were homemade. Total

I discovered Alfredo's Christmas Day from 2020. I just went to Oceanside and visited my family and we were looking for a solid Mexican food. Our expectations were blown away from the quality of the food, but even more importantly the kindness of the staff. Since then I have to meet Gustavo and come at least one week for Enchiladas, Burritos, Chile Rellenos.... I bless this place literally, but only to see him and Alex. is also a joy. Is there a way to add a top line to the credit card transaction program? I always want to tap, but sometimes forget cash... I want to tap more because they don't expect it!!! Love this place!

These are some surprisingly good beef tacos. Good food, good music and good people.

You can’t go wrong with the beach and when it come to cravings everyone loves tacos. So we figured why not! Let’s taste some local flavor and see if the buzz is buzzing toward the right kind of food. We ordered our so cal favorites: chicken quesadilla, rolled tacos, carne sada burrito and chimichanga beef. Out of all the selection the chicken quesadilla and the carne was the best. Without help from the salsa these items would not make the cut. The beans were dry and rice was too. This place is good for a quick bite, but lacking in the flavor department. Decent..

Sorry to do this. I seldom write a bad review. Absolutely the worst food I and my daughter and her friend have ever eaten. Inedible fries. No way to describe them. Taco was chewy and the meat flavorless. The tamale was scary gross watery greasy texture. No one ate their food except for barely acceptable rice and beans. I don't know where these good ratings are coming from. I got sick.
