Mcdonald's - Oceanside

The restaurant was busy, but service was quick! We don't come here often, but we were craving Big Macs. We were not disappointed. The fries were delicious.

I went to this restaurant and they messed up my order, so I asked them to add the missing fries. The manager then told me to drive back around the drive-thru and reorder two large fries because they were closing. Instead of quickly fixing the mistake, she insisted I drive back around even though there were more than 10 cars waiting in line.

The restaurant is very busy and the wait can be long. I have been here several times. It is good that they are busy, but waiting in the drive-thru can take a long time. A tip is to download the mobile app, place your order, and wait for them to bring it out to you. This is faster than waiting in the car in the drive-thru lane and you can turn off your engine while you wait.

Very bad 3 other people wait to order, they have not left anyone to take their order. I was next 8 minutes until I said that someone here left me, I know they are waiting for some time. the manager told me to use the kiosk who said I didn't know how to use it, and yet I had to wait for it to take my order. not for the first time she did this to me. people do not go to this macdonald’s I give this place a f on customer service that is walk in drive thru do not know

The only good thing about this place is that they have a 24 hr drivethru. I was coming home late last night and this was one of the only places open at 3 AM so I stopped by, but after having waited in line for almost 30 minutes they messed up my whole order. I asked for no cheese on the burgers, and they all has cheese. Then they forgot one of my burgers and I got no sauces for the chicken nuggets. I know it was late and people make mistakes but there was not one thing they got right with my food and it was extremely disappointing, especially because I love McDonald's, but I will not be returning to this particular location.
