I really enjoy this McDonald's so far. Whenever I ask for sugar and cream, I always get the right amount or even more than I asked for. The staff is also very polite. The drive-thru is quick and efficient. I have never had a bad experience here, I always go through the drive-thru instead of dining in. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The service provided by the staff was excellent, but unfortunately, they were completely out of ketchup. It was disappointing that such a basic condiment was unavailable. How could they run out of ketchup? View all feedback.
Through the journey and my order placed. it was fast and my order was correct on the screen. I picked up my order in the next window and I didn't get everything I ordered. I had to show them my recite to prove what I then ordered to show them what I received. after everything I had to park in front, they go in to wait for the rest of my order.
Bad service, made an order through the application, came to pick up the order, I look at the package already at home, and in the end they didn’t report 10 items out of 20 to me, I also ordered 3 large fries, they put me 3 times less fries, it feels like I ordered a small size for the price of a large one
Clean McDonald's on Oceanside Blvd.in and out no hassles. Molina the cashier was super friendly and accommodating
So slow to take my order and besides I repeated 5 times. And even they forgot my condiments that I asked for. Last night by drive thru.
Just left the drive through at 9 pm on Sunday Nov 21. Got two hot mcchicken sandwiches, some soggy fries, and a definitely NOT sweet tea. Since sweet tea is the primary reason I come to McD’s, I immediately knew this was not right. I turned off my loud diesel truck to explain to the man at the window that my drink order was incorrect. He Argued With Me. Said he knew it was sweet, because he just poured it from the sweet dispenser. It didn’t seem to occur to him that possibly there was some other reason for the problem. He refused to correct it. One less reason to darken the door of McDonald’s any more. Manager, be sure to look up who was on drive through. He’s a real genius at customer service.
