After waiting an hour for our food—despite it not being busy—we were rushed to leave because they were closing. We were told to take our order to go after such a long wait. When we checked our food, it was incorrect, so we spoke to the cashier, Daniella, about the issue. She informed us they couldn’t make our correct order because they were out of everything and dismissed us rudely. We asked to speak with a manager, but they claimed there wasn't one available and couldn’t provide a contact number for further assistance. It was shocking to see them take another order after saying they were out of everything. It's disappointing to see this place has lost the good customer service it once had.

However, after an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. The staff kept claiming they were backed up, but the restaurant was not busy at all. The only thing epic about this place was the wait!

The lady staff is always friendly—I must have been lucky today. The food was excellent. Thank you, Epic Wings! Keep up the great work. I understand it’s not easy. The menu offers some fantastic options that never disappoint.

The chef de... read more This Epic Wings location is by far the best! Although I live closer to another branch, I always choose to come here because the food is exceptional. The chef definitely deserves a raise or promotion—everything they prepare is delicious! I always get the buffalo fries, which come loaded with plenty of sauce, cheese, and chicken. When I add extra chicken (for an additional cost), I can truly tell they deliver. In contrast, the other location I go to often leaves me disappointed with dry fries, barely any sauce, just a sprinkle of cheese, and very little chicken—even when I’ve paid for extra. Their customer service is also poor; they won’t give more than one ranch. But this spot consistently impresses me with both their food and service. From now on, I’m sticking to this location and won’t go back to the other one. I highly recommend this place to my friends! I’ve attached a photo, though I’d already started eating, haha.

The cashier told me they were out of fries and removed them from my order. After waiting for over an hour, my food was finally ready. When I got home, I discovered that instead of chicken tenders, they had given me a side of fries. I was misled, my order was messed up, and I already lost an hour. Now I have to spend another 30 minutes fixing this. The service here is far from epic—it’s completely incompetent. They should rename it INCOMPETENT WINGS.
