What Lee Mertz doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
very disappointed when they were eating on Chuck e cheese they had cockroaches from under napkin dispensers running over the table?. when we said that nothing was done, they didn't know what to do as saying that they were in the manager position for only 4 weeks. they offered free cotton candy as that wanted to help. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I spent around $400 at this restaurant for my son's birthday. The server who assisted me had blonde hair and was very helpful and polite, guiding me towards the best deals and showing patience. However, the other server on duty had brown hair and half of their nails were black, which was quite unsanitary for a food establishment. When my order was incorrect, I politely explained the mistake, only to be met with laughter and rudeness from this server. I called out her behavior as unacceptable. This restaurant needs better management in place. While there is one manager who needs improvement, I will consider returning due to the attentive and helpful service from another manager.
The restaurant had excellent customer service, generous portion sizes, and was not overcrowded on a Wednesday evening. They offered great specials and it was a fun dining experience for the entire family. We were able to walk in for a birthday party and still had a great time. Next year, we plan to make a reservation for the full experience. The restaurant had modern and cool games, an interactive floor, and photos on the play card. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the birthday boy and his family thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
The restaurant has implemented a new check-in procedure that includes taking a selfie with your phone. Some new rides have been added for children, but many games are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. As of January 2021, the check-in process has reverted to using a stamp, and masks are now required for entry. The location appears to have undergone a complete renovation with new play areas, settings, and bathrooms. Additionally, children receive a golden ticket with a chance to win a small prize, and downloading the app also grants them e-tickets. We will definitely be returning soon!
Let's start with the safety function. You know where someone greets you when and give you and your child matching handstamp does not happen. They weren't busy. The staff was busy talking. When we finally got caught, they're aware that we're coming in. Nobody punched everything. I ordered Wings/Pizza and the salad bar. The food was awfully overhauled and difficult to entertain. You should be ashamed. I took my children (now adult) when they were younger. Now everything is automated, more than half of the games does not work, you can not get any employees to help you because they are much too busy talking and laughing among themselves to help the cartridges. Never order any food from this place. The wings were so small that they look like Sparrow's wings. Tasteless and overpriced like the pizza.
