Cardiff Beach Tower 13 - Oceanside

Ocean view. Fantastic food. 20 beers on tap plus amazing cocktails. Ahi poke tostadas and Gnarly Nachos are amazing. Burgers, Philly Cheese (get the garlic fries), Cuban sandwiches, chicken club, and fish tacos so good. Doug W and his team run a great restaurant and bar and the sports scene on 15 screens is happening big time. Got a private party? Their back patio with private service and private bar is perfect for up to 50 people and the prices won't break the bank. This place is amazing, and the crowd is friendly and it's usually not overcrowded. Add in some live music on the outside stage on weekends (check the schedule) and it's a winner winner! So don't hesitate, just come on down and enjoy! You won't regret it. Promise!

Cold beers, sports and good ole' bar food! The place is definitely in the rotation when we want to hang out at a local watering hole on the coast.

Tower 13 is a beachy sports bar/restaurant right by the water. They have tvs around the restaurant to watch the various games, and they offer covered outdoor seating with heating lamps. The food offerings include wings, pizzas, sandwiches, burritos, burgers, salads, seafood, and they had a few vegetarian options. I ordered the vegan burger with regular cheese and a side of fries. The burger came with ample amounts of avocado, and the fries were DELISH. They had a good amount of beers on tap. The cocktails looked fun- my friend loved the Mexican Mai Tai so much he ordered 3. I'll be back when I'm in Cardiff next time. Note: definitely carpool if possible. The parking lot is small. You might get lucky with a spot on the street!

On a mellow Sunday we decided to head up the coast of San Diego to try out a different spot than we usually do and we ended up on the 101 in Cardiff at Tower 13. I had heard of my parents checking out this place but I had never been so we decided to check it out. It was a gorgeous day so we decided to sit outside and enjoy a couple drinks and some apps to share. We decided on the nachos which were super good and we got the larger size so we could share. We also got a cup of the chili that came with toast on the side, let me tell you those pieces of toast were so buttery and good I was obsessed! It wasn't too busy which I was surprised because it was such a nice day but we had a great time and I am sure we would stop by again if we are in the area.

Best nachos ever! Such a beautiful location, great vibe, delicious drinks and friendly staff! Great to watch sporting events and chill with your friends and dogs on the patio! Can't wait to go back!
