I've been wanting to try 608 for a whileI saw some great reviews about the Chef. We had 6 people and we got a nice spot outsideOur server was Leigh.

Great place! Found out about it at Holmes, an Australian wine tasting joint, where we ordered lobster tacosreally nice and they came from 608.
It appears that the restaurant has closed down without informing customers with reservations. Even their outgoing message on the answering machine did not mention the closure. It was a disappointment to have our evening plans disrupted like this. We had to scramble to find another place to eat on a busy Saturday night in Oceanside.
I believe the restaurant was understaffed. The waitress seemed overwhelmed...the food was decent.
