Ultimately, it appears that unless significant changes are implemented—be it corporate oversight or a complete overhaul—it may be time for customers to explore alternative dining options in the area.

This could potentially be the WORST Chipotle in America. If you can get a proper order out of this place, more power to you. I exclusively order through their app for pickup, so my order is LITERALLY ON PAPER. Imagine ordering a quesadilla , and it having no cheese ???? HELLO ??? OR ordering a quesadilla and it shows up as a bowl with all the quesadilla ingredients minus the tortilla. Blind people work here, and there is clearly no Manager guidance at all. Corporate needs to look at this place. Order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. The saving grace is that sometimes the food tastes good, the 1 time they get it right.
Chipotle? More like a major letdown! My recent visit there was truly disappointing. The staff seemed completely disorganized and could barely manage simple tasks like serving salsa. The weekday manager was particularly inept, as I noticed several people waiting for interviews that he couldn't even coordinate. As for the food, it was flavorless, mushy, and downright unappetizing—like it had been regurgitated by an ill bird. And the prices? They must be seriously out of touch to charge so much for such subpar food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you value your taste buds.
Slow, messy, inaccurate. This location needs new management. Every time I walk in I say to myself I should have just went to valleystream.

YikesUpdate (2024 I returned here a year later to see if things got any better and it's only gotten worse. Even more rude staff, poor food quality compared to other chipotles. LONG waits. They are always out of chips after 5pm (like, WHAT? and will get mad if you ask about it.SELL TO A NEW OWNER PLEASEthis is pathetic
