Wasabi Japanese Cuisine - Ocean Springs

The food is excellent, and lunch is quite affordable. The chefs, both in the front and back of the house, really know what they're doing. If you're looking for Asian-inspired dishes that are budget-friendly yet delicious, this is the place to be. It's no surprise they have many loyal customers who keep coming back, which is how they've managed to thrive for over 10 years in a competitive market.

Another issue is that their delivery packaging is not secure, which is a major drawback for me. This is an area they definitely need to improve. Additionally, I’ve noticed that they sometimes send incomplete orders, but they do provide refunds for any missing items. I believe it would be better if they communicated with customers and offered alternatives instead of sending out incomplete orders. Overall, it’s a nice restaurant with good food, but there are areas that need attention.

Seated right away, sushi was fresh and presented in a beautiful way. Sushi chef Steven was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Orange Chicken delicious, ginger house salad dressing the best I've had in Biloxi, Gulfport, OS so far, same for they're clear soup. The only drawback I can see is they don't have a liquor license. They do serve beers however. We'll definitely return.

I had a delightful experience at the restaurant. The host was humorous and extremely friendly. Our waiter delivered outstanding customer service—he was kind, attentive, and considerate. All of our food orders were accurate and delicious!

I needed to spend some quality time with my 4 year old granddaughter and told her we were going to dinner together and let her pick the place. She said hibachi and that always means Japanese. Seating was ok. We were told at the door to sit anywhere. Probably 10 minutes before someone came to bring menus. My baby girl LOVES sushi and fried rice. Wasabi does not offer a child?s menu so I purchased an order of combination fried rice. The fried rice is not traditional at all!!It?s mushy. The rice is not prepared properly and there is no flavor NONE!! We also ordered Squid Salad.. DELICIOUS!! We also had one order of tuna sashimi for her and a rainbow roll and yellowtail scallion roll. The rainbow roll was sofull of a very mayo dominant California roll filling that the tune, salmon, white fish and avocado were totally lost in that mess. The yellowtail was not rolled tight so you couldn?t pick it up without it falling apart. The check isdelivered and when I put my card in the presenter he dropped off a machine for ME TO CHECK MYSELF OUT!!! ????. It would not print a receipt for me. From my perspective, it appears that a few young men put money together for a place toserve their friends. PokeMon on the TV! I?ll not go back!
