This restaurant in the evening club offers a magnificent view of the bay and beautiful sunsets. Drinks were perfect, like the service. The oysters were fresh and the crab filled mushrooms were melt-in-your-mouth wonderful! Our duck was fresh grouper, perfectly prepared again. The food and the presentation was below average for the price. The seafood was bland and the sauces were awful! I don’t think anything was made from scratch, except the twice baked potato. Gumbo was good. View all feedback.
What a great atmosphere and a former regular stop for Elvis when he was in the area. I'll be back the next time I visit the Mississippi coast.
Had a great time last night. The band my grandson is in played there and three other bands.loved it so much. Could enjoy the evening because you can't smoke in the julep room.. WOO HOO...
Favorite bar to relax. If you don't want loud, obnoxious crowds, while you wait 20 minutes on a drink order... this is the spot. Besides the history and beauty of the area, cool clientele, reasonable priced drinks, always fun.
Great atmosphere to relax , listen and play music in. Love the regulars and the bartender! The acoustics from the brick and mortar foundation is like no other. It’s an honor to know I’ve had the privilege to play on the same stage as Elvis. Kinda brings tears to my eyes. If you are looking for a nostalgic night with fun folks, please let me know if your going! I’ll try to make it as well! Love this music garden of amazing humble musicians.
This is a very interesting place and, in my opinion, a visit must take place. You can feel the history of this place. A dark character filled the cellar on the back and under a popular restaurant that once entertained people like Elvis Presley. Cosy and unique.. A solid selection of beer and liquor. This place is a hidden gem. Live music on a few nights including an open Mike on Wednesday. It's the kind of place you want to sit around and relax for a while and have good entertainment.
