Nestled in a small town, this restaurant has seen mixed reviews lately, reflecting a tumultuous change in management and staff. While some patrons celebrate the generous portions and tasty dishes, like the renowned chicken fried steak, others lament the greasy food and slow service. Customers have expressed their disappointment over the impersonal service and questionable hygiene standards in the kitchen. Additionally, the restaurant's recent menu changes have left long-time visitors nostalgic for the familiar offerings they once loved. In essence, the establishment is at a crossroads, struggling to balance its legacy with new changes.

What Linn dislikes about Berry Patch:
The fish and chicken were tough and difficult to chew. We were unable to cut through them with our teeth. Additionally, we were confused about the bill as it only showed a total of $39 without any itemization. We will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
The new menu is awesome with some very large portions. I'm happy to know there is a Monte Cristo on the peninsula. Service was slow but friendly and informative.
This place has changed hands and is now Barbie Cue (or something like that). The food was good once we got it. They need to speed up the time it takes to get orders out. Hopefully, they will work that out soon. It would also be helpful to have vegetables in their bowl offerings.
I cannot praise this restaurant enough. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The chicken steak is both delicious and generously portioned.
Great service, quality food, friendly staff. We had fantastic breakfast, and are looking to going back for some BBQ for dinner one of these days. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
Now Barbe Queen, there are about 10 tables (5 4 tops and 5 2 tops) in this quaint restaurant that changed owners summer of 2021. Menu is still undergoing changes so I asked waitstaff and ordered the Polynesian Monroe plate. Hawaiian BBQ sauced chicken thigh was excellent and I'm glad I tried it instead of larger Loco Moco. Don't be in a rush as you take in small town life. I look forward to seeing updates to décor and exterior that matches the island vibe.
