Burbelmaiers - Ocean Grove

One of the best places I have ever eaten. That’s not hyperbole, buddy. Service was awesome, place was super clean, and the pies? (Wipes a single from his eye) The pies……. You rarely encounter food like this, man. There is artistry in every bite, every corner of each pie, roll or scone. Run, don’t walk, and make sure you leave room for the second visit.

Always such a great experience at Burbelmaiers! Have been going since they opened a while ago! The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. Everything is homemade and fresh! One of my favorite places to grab a bite on the Jersey Shore. I love their Scotch egg, Blue Piggie, and chicken and leek pies, but everything they make is delicious. I’m thankful I don’t live nearby or else I’d be there way too often!

Delicious individual savory and sweet pies. I had the gluten free Shepard's pie and was tempted to buy a frozen four-pack to bring home with me. I didn't, but fortunately they ship! More pies are in my future. Can't wait. Yum.

Pricey for the size, but worth it and filling. I loved the Traditional Pork Pie paired with their gravy, it was everything I wanted! I liked the Mushroom flavor as well. The onion and cheese was tasty, but I wish it also had something sturdier inside, like potato chunks. Show up early because they do sell out of the more interesting flavors!
