Sophia's - Ocean City

Everything was superb! Ample servings, tasty and authentic Italian cuisine, and great desserts! We especially loved the cannoli and tiramisu!

First of all, its hard to make pizza inedible and most pizzas in OC are good but only a couple are excellent. Sophias pizza is top shelf. Fresh made dough, great sauce and top quality cheese start the great taste. Add to that great quality toppings generously placed and perfectly cooked. The business is family run- Mom(Sophia) dad(Chris) and the kids( Saphara and Basil) are on hand to take your order and make you feel at home.

The Chicken Piccata was very good. Have ordered from this restaurant several times. This time it was luke warm at best. So, i saved most of it for when i reheat it myself tomorrow. Certainly, a deterrent.

Bianca Delux pizza was delicious blend of mozzarella, ricotta, garlic , tomatoes and fresh basil. The tiramisu was perfection.

Ive been refer to Sophias in the past, what a disappointment, ordered the seafood Diablo, mediocre at best....1/2 the shelled seafood were empty, pasta was overcooked! So fed up with restaurants charging an arm and a leg, because they can, and the food was sub-par!
