Anthony's Carryout - Ocean City

Last summer I had my first Anthony's cold cut sub probably in 40+ years. Assumed it would not be as good as when I grew up in OC, but it sure was. Best sub then and still the best.

Anthony's is small, clean, and kinda neat. Everything served into to go containers, but can eat your order there as well. Breakfast prices don't seem too bad depending on what you order. Food was good as well.

This was my first visit to Anthony's so can't compare to the previous owners, but our roast beef sandwiches were amazing. I thought the portion of beef was almost too much. Very tender and well seasoned. Served on a soft kaiser roll with the usual sandwich options. The fries were decent. Sat at a picnic table out front with our dog.

Anthony’s Carryout is an Ocean City gem, serving up some of the best of the best breakfast sandwiches, Steamship Round of Beef Ham sandwiches and some fine southern fried chicken! The restaurant is small, cozy and nostalgic and will take you back to a time when great food and conversation was looked forward to. My favorite is the beef and the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on toast. The Bacon will knock your socks off it is so smoky and crisp. Their Beef and Ham will stack up against anyone’s and win. The Simms family owns and operates Anthony’s Carryout. They are also gems of this town... they work tirelessly to make sure we’re fed well and they do it consistently year after year with a smile.

Anthony’s is an iconic staple in Ocean City. Go-to for quick service and delicious food.
