What Scott Stephens doesn't like about Biggby Coffee:
The barista made my drink the wrong size and when we said something about it the other employee came to the window with a look on her face that was not customer friendly, and had attitude!!I used to enjoy their drinks but ever since they got sold again they have gotten worse!!! Wonderful service. Not a long wait even though they were busy with a lot of drive thru orders. We went inside. It's a small business so I definitely understand and am willing to work with them. Latte's were amazing my fiancé who is not a big coffee person was very impressed as well with the experience!
