What West C doesn't like about Barley And Hops Tavern:
We went there last Sunday. Internet said they were open but they were closed. We were disappointed. I wanted that chicken pot pie. Hopefully it was just a vacation. View all feedback.
Delicious. Only way it could be better is if they had online ordering for to go food! Everything we ate was fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was also very kind and the perfect amount of attentiveness. This place is family vibes, lots of children
Occidental is a charming little town featuring a fantastic tavern where you can enjoy a delicious burger and a beer in a historic house that's been beautifully transformed into a pub. Personally, I'm not a fan of crowded spaces, and it is quite a cozy venue, but it’s the only bar I know of in the area that offers live music almost every night. Price range per person: $30–50. Overall, I rate the food as 4 out of 5.
We had a great visit to Barley and Hops. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and there was live music. What a great place to visit in Occidental. I will be back!

Our server was fantastic, atmosphere was wonderful with live music in the background and all the food was delicious. I had the pulled pork, Shisamu appetizer and a beer to wash it down. Delicious. The churro desserts was fanrastic
