Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This was terrible! They should have never switched from whole mushrooms. It felt like I was eating grease straight from a trough.

I usually enjoy Zaxby's, but my recent experience was disappointing. I visited on a Friday and encountered unfriendly service at the drive-thru. They had run out of several items, including tea and fruit punch. We were informed that it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare wings, even though there was just one car ahead of us. After a long wait, they finally delivered our food and practically tossed it to us, with no apology for the delay. I won’t be returning. To make matters worse, they forgot to provide any condiments or napkins. It’s really disappointing to see.

I never got to finish my visit. I waited a long time for my turn, and then they told me to wait some more. There was an open mic, and I heard a lot of noise around me. I ended up getting pulled out of line, and now I've lost 15 minutes I'll never get back!

Well, it has been a long time since dining in at Zaxby's and this visit reinforced my going through the drive thru only. I try to really take into account the short staffing and not hold things against the workers but at the same time, businesses may want to move their disgruntled staff away from the front counter. This visit was a nightmare with the single greatest unhappy worker being the only one handling front counter orders. The drive thru staff seemed much nicer and made me regret coming inside. The food was typical Zaxby's and we got served quickly. Lobby tables and floors were dirty but I decided against asking the cashier for anything extra.

I went with my other half to order something, and they were all casually sweating what is in order, so I started ordering my food and I heard the dame that drove by command, calling someone stupid to customers. the eating was great, but it was very pleasant for the customer service when it was customers in the business and they play around the conversation about people after they hired a job. bot to mention that the dame has written my name wrong.
