This place really went downhill. first, the chips that come with their meal are expected to eat dry and tasteless, as salsa does not come with the chips that they pay (such as selling someone a sandwich and charge for the seasoned). the quesadilla seemed like shredded chicken and only two of my discs had flesh on them at all. to make everything from the customer service is sweat. go to taco bell the quality is actually better and eating is cheaper.

This evaluation is not specific to this location, but for the entire company. that's the place where I ate. the service and food quality would expect them. nothing great, but good for almost food. However, the price is completely outside the food quality. four people order chips and caso for the table and the ground meal (2 steak burrito meal times and 2 chicken fabtta meal.) $75 for billing. if this was a sitting place, with sit down quality service and eating I will pay it, but this is fast eating. I'm going to the counter, command, and if I need a refill, I'm going up again. tijuana flats lost a customer.

Wanted to eat here on Saturday and they were made from flour tortillas (clearly began when we tried to order). We tried again the next day, and today there is no lack of tortillas that I have tinted so that we have ordered. We made the order online and went to pick it up- 25 minutes after the order, while waiting in the store to pick up my order and they called me to tell me that they are from shrimp and flour tortillas. They had 25 minutes from the time we placed the order until we were in the store, so I had to let the rest of my order cold while they did something else. Seriously disappointing experience and I will not spend money here again.

5 stars because I feel for the employees. They are clearly short staffed right now, so food comes out slow. But they are doing their best to keep things moving and clean. The food was good, as always and hot..I was worried with the wait it might not be hot, but they didn't fail me!
