Line at drive through was quite long and I hesitated to order, but didn't have much time, so I went in. I was glad to see that they have separators at the checkout, and all employees visible above all the food prep staff, including sanitary duty people, were all wearing masks and wearing them right (No exposed noses). Good work Taco Bell!! I felt comfortable to go and order at this point. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
It was earlier that you go to the counter and order food (speaking to a person) and now you order HAVE on the screen, which is not good because they do not wipe off that have touched it after 4 Peoole. I waited there for 5 minutes while I was only stared, no one informed me that I had to order on the screen. Then waited 20 minutes to get 2 soft tacos. Two thumbs down? View all feedback.
This Taco Bell is actually quite impressive for a fast-food spot. I don't visit often, but I found it to be really clean, with super friendly staff and a quick drive-thru service. The food was fresh, and I didn't encounter any issues at all. I will definitely return to this location in the future!
I didn't receive the drink I ordered, and my food was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant and explained the situation to the manager, including what the Uber Eats driver had told me. He assured me that it could be resolved and invited me to come back at my convenience on a day when he would be there. He also left a note in case he wasn't around, confirming my experience so that I could still get my order remade. The kitchen ended up remaking everything exactly as I requested.
I wanted to enjoy a Mexican pizza inside the restaurant, but no one attended to me at the counter. I noticed some tablets behind me for placing orders, so I decided to use one. My food arrived fairly quickly, and I sat down to eat. However, there was an extremely loud and distracting beeping that persisted throughout my meal. When I asked a staff member who was cleaning the dining area about it, she informed me that it was coming from the fryer. The restaurant wasn't busy, and there were plenty of employees around, yet the noise continued. While I love the pizza and am glad it’s back on the menu, this experience has left me hesitant to return to Taco Bell. It was far from pleasant, and I wonder if they’re intentionally pushing customers toward the drive-thru.
Dear Taco Bell manager, I had the most ridiculous and humiliating experience in your drive thru at this location. We placed an order of about $55 on 10/6 at 9pm. Your associate asked us to wait at the speaker while they caught up on an order. We waitedabout 15 minutes until the screen cleared and showed the order canceled. At that time I asked if we needed to replace the order. We waited another 5 minutes, and still got no answer, with cars driving by us and leaving behind us. We then drove up to thewindow and no one was there. We waited, as at this time, it would have been really inconvenient for us to go elsewhere (we cameto Taco Bell b/c Zaxbys was already backed up). We often frequent this location after Scout meetings. 5 minutes later, we seeOPD in the store and finally see someone there. They then proceed to come out and ask us to leave b/c we were blocking TBstraffic. I asked the officer, in complete shock and humiliation, what and why? He asked me to pull across the street to discussand we did. He said that they had reported that we had made some derogatory statements and refused to move Again, we wereASKED to wait, which we did trying to be understanding that they might have had a large order or busy night. Now I am not onlyhungry, but upset and humiliated. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever return to this location or possibly any Taco Bell. Asstated before, I am active in the community and will be sure to share my experience. I have no idea what your employee andstaffs problem was, but I sure hope you look into this behavior! Attached is a picture of your time screen with my drinkssitting in the window and I would be happy to offer the police incident report to your district manager.
I returned to the store to pick up the missing items, only to be told that I had to come inside for them. When I approached the cashier who had taken my order, she gave me attitude and informed me that I would need to come in from now on. I explained that my family relies on the drive-thru, and she rudely replied that they are now open, so I must come in. Then she shouted at me, saying I couldn’t use COVID as an excuse for being outside. It's Florida law that I can choose whether to wear a mask, and I had no intention of doing so anyway. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, he stated that it wouldn’t make a difference regardless. This Taco Bell has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
