I believe one employee 's name is Chad and then three others there were so patient, kind and quick workers. I had a large 6 person order and there was no attitude from anyone with each specificsandwich. Every sandwich was made perfectly, my whole family said I wish every Subway was like this!! And I agree! Thank youall for being outstanding employees. And the store was clean too! 10 stars from us. Visited today 11/27/2022 around 130pm.

The young man was very nice and I actually feel bad for him not having any help. When Iasked why it was taking so long, I was met by a rude lady who looked to be the manager who didn?t seem to care at all. Thisplace needs new management that actually cares about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway drive thru??asfar as the service inside, maybe it?s better but it?s too bad I won?t be returning to this Subway ever again.

Each... read more I visited this restaurant with my husband to order some subs and ended up waiting much longer than expected. They only had white or wheat bread available. Each time we come here at various times and days, we experience a wait of 15 to 20 minutes, and it seems to always be understaffed. We've noticed many impatient customers leaving the drive-thru due to the long wait. It would really help if they had more employees and a wider selection of bread. We love Subway and would come more often, but the wait time is a significant drawback. While the staff has been friendly, the main issue is clearly understaffing, which falls on management. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend this location.

The ingredients tasted old, and the bread was stale. Unfortunately, both sandwiches upset my stomach. I ordered online but still had to wait about 20 minutes when I arrived for my order. This will be my last time ordering from this Subway. It seems like all the fast food places in Marion Oaks are below par.
