However, customers complain loudly and annoyingly about the least, most normal delay, although they order complicated drinks and share hair over the smallest things. Creates the experience more stressful and usually Starbucks leaves me very relaxed. The goal must attract a certain pampered rich women, because sincerely the service was impeccable, and the staff was kind and patient. It was very fast, especially for 2 people, and Devon really seemed to be a fast, efficient person. I didn't see how the woman made the drinks, but she was quiet and fast and didn't let her get to her.

Of course, my expectations are pretty low since I'm used to Palatka Dunkin Donuts which is notorious for horrible customer service. Starbucks is certainly more expensive but they did do a great job making customers feel appreciated.
