This Sonic location goes above and beyond to make sure that your order is correct. My husband is gluten sensitive and ordered chili cheese tots with a hotdogs (no bun) on top. There accidentally made it with a bun and were very quick to replace and remake it. They even gave us some free drink coupons to use next time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
We stopped eating something and was pleasantly surprised to see them on skates. That was the only good. I ordered a #2 my meat on my burger was burned, so bad I couldn't chew it, my fries burned in my chili cheese frits. My wife ordered the chicken strip dinner with perpetrator sauces and onion rings, and their strips were burned, tons burned, and 1 onion ring, surprisingly it was not burned. When I initially reviewed this restaurant, I had a disappointing experience with the food. However, under new management, the quality has dramatically improved. I give it five thumbs up!
We relocated to this neighborhood about three years ago. Initially, I wasn't particularly fond of this Sonic because it attracted high school crowds every night. However, they handled the challenges during COVID well and now have an excellent staff. The food is very consistent and meets all the expectations you might have for a fast food restaurant.
The pretzels are really tasty, but $2.00 seems a bit steep for such a small one. However, since the old lady enjoys them, I don't mind getting one for her.
Great service at this point. Always find something to slow down my desire at Sonic. Love the Chili Cheese Tots and Drink menu. Value Daily Special menu items are delicious and satisfying.
The service is always good, and the employees are always polite. I just wish they would stop forgetting a spoon with my milkshake. It's impossible to eat with a straw, cause of all the chunks of cookie inside. A first world problem, for sure.
