The food was really... read more A very good experience eating food from Panda Express. We ate inside and the environment is clean and staff very friendly and very helpful. The food was really good. The dishes were fresh, it was hot, did not have to wait long to be served. It's like a cafeteria style where you move down the line but only took a couple minutes at most to receive food. Great staff in Ocala! Be sure to sign up for the rewards program on their website for some really great offers. The price is very reasonable for the various options they offer whether that be a bowl or a dish or a meal. Selection is on point with shrimp, chicken, or beef as your main entree either rice or chow mein for your side as well as a few other different things they offer. Give it a try you won't be disappointed! Enjoy!

The line had a few stray pieces of meat here and there that would have only taken a couple of seconds to throw away. The drink area could've used some tidying up as well, but was not bad. There were only a couple of dirty tables in the dining room. The service was great. I had to request our fortune cookies, but that is something easy to miss. Overall, everything was great!

Unfortunately, nothing has changed! Management, if you truly value your customers, please ensure your employees are properly trained. We're paying premium prices, just like at any other restaurant, for food that is hardly satisfactory. Thank you for addressing this issue.

It was overly oily and saucy, unlike the usual quality I'm used to from other Panda Express locations. I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat any more of this poorly prepared meal. Now I have to spend time requesting a refund through DoorDash. Be warned—this location is one of the disappointing Panda Express spots. It’s frustrating that you have to take a gamble with these places when their dishes are supposed to be consistent.
