I only tried the Str... read more I was able to get in and out quickly on a busy Saturday. The specialty pancakes have significantly shrunk in size, but they're still tasty. I only tried the Strawberry and Butter Pecan syrups. The hashbrowns were excellent this time. I would definitely visit this IHOP again. The waitress was super friendly and quick to provide refills.

The waitress was all smiles and happily explained all the specials and even suggested how my son could order a combo cheaper. Some if these pancakes areridiculous, the free ones for the kids are just a dessert in disguise. But I can 't argue that all the food wasn 't delicious.Kids eat free and a decent 'Hoppy Hour ' menu made for the lowest check we 've gotten as a family in two years. I have nocomplaints.

Like with... read more Went there last night with the wife. She got something different. I got my usual, steak omelet with chocolate pancakes. The food came out super quick. Like within 5 minutes fast. My wife kept commenting that it came out so fast. A few hours later, Ifelt very nauseous. I ate most of the omelet, only a few bites of the pancakes. Those I brought home, and let my teenage son eatlater on. He was throwing up overnight. So my son and I are victims of food poisoning. I will give you one guess at which foodwas undercooked. Fast service DOES NOT equal quality. Called IHOP to complain and advise, spoke to the manager that cooked thefood last night. No apology, no accountability. I cannot be the only customer who got sick. I made a complaint to corporate andof course, it's a franchise. And of course no one cares. I was a regular customer. Not anymore. I suggest you avoid this placefor a long time.

However, the restaurant could use some help in hiring additional staff. The cleanliness left something to be desired; the tables were covered with dirty dishes, and the bathroom was unkempt, as were the floors. This seems to reflect a common issue these days with insufficient staffing. If it weren't for the cleanliness concerns, I would have given 5 stars. It's important to maintain a tidy environment.
