Best Hardee's of the three in that areas. Nice people and great food
The new chicken sandwich ordered. was okay, a little more mayo would have been nice. otherwise it was okay.
Whoever was working Tuesday, July 12th 2022 at 1:13pn at the gas station Hardees on 200 doing drive through. Had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My wife was constantly interrupted. The lady has such a bad tone saying is that it? And then when my wife asked excuse me? Because my wife didn 't understand what was said the lady screamed ANYTHING ELSE? .... I 'm sure the other employees in that store were good. But that lady was the worst I 've ever seen.
Service was very friendly, they were finally open! Took forever to get my food and it was lukewarm when I got to my car which was right outside. Didn't have time to go back inside as I was on lunch.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my son on September 16, 2022. We were served what tasted like rancid chicken with onions, and I suspect it was contaminated. When I returned the dish, the staff acted as if it was just a minor issue, like cold fries or something trivial. They apologized, but my son continued to suffer from stomach pain afterward. Kids can eat just about anything, but when I opened the chicken, the smell was awful, and my son had already taken a bite. I can't believe they would serve spoiled food. They had just reopened after being closed for a long time, yet the quality seems to have worsened. It feels like there's a complete lack of integrity here! I can't help but wonder if others have fallen ill as well. Surely, someone at the restaurant knew that spoiled chicken was being served, especially with it being so close to the burgers!
