Had attacked my son on Thursday afternoon and it was not crowded, it is a great place with many games. It was very clean, including the bathroom and the two women on the front were beautiful and attentive. You have an LED dance pad at the tables that is cool besides regular games. It's definitely one of the most beautiful Chuck E. Cheese? I've been there and I've been a lot. I would come back and recommend it for parties.
The prices are extremely high for what you receive. Some of the staff were unhelpful, although a few were nice. There was often nobody available when we needed assistance. We even had to fix the skee-ball machine ourselves! We exchanged cards to keep track of time while we enjoyed our pizza, but ended up losing 20 minutes of play because the machine didn’t properly record our time, despite its confirmation. The staff didn’t seem to care about the issue at all. The prices for the games were very concerning as well. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed.
Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. The establishment is annoyingly loud, not loud because of the kids, but loud because of all the background noise. The speakers are blasting music at what I would guess is full volume along with every game in the arcade seems to have its volume jacked up to the max. It is so obnoxiously loud in there, that just exiting the establishment was the best part of the visit. The food was mediocre at best. A pizza, 4 drinks, and a thing of wings (glorified chicken nuggets) was a charge of 50 bucks. To top it off, the pizza wasn't even thoroughly cut thru. Then you have to purchase a card to load time on that starts at 17 bucks and goes on from there for your kids to play the games and ride on stuff. Some of the ride on stuff takes pictures with your kids on it. Unfortunately, not too many people knew this judging by the stack of photos that other kind parents had put on top of the machines. I don't see how this place gets 4 start reviews unless parents just drop their kids off, leave them there and return to pick them up at a later time. Back to the time cards for playing games it states you need to put your playing on pause on the back of the card, but the employees told us that it only uses minutes when the card is swiped. This brings us to the headache of using this card to activate the machines. If we were lucky we were able to get the arcade machine going by the 3rd try. Some didn't work at all. The best part for my son was the minion whack-a-mole. May try it again, but this experience was a bit lackluster.
Its Chuck E. Cheese, so you get what you expect. Food was better than what youd expect from a place with a giant rat. Service was awesome. The young folks working her cared about giving the kids a good experience. I really only marked it down foratmosphere cause there are not animatronics. Its just not the same, and with all the rude little monsters running around, I knowthe establishment cant fix that but I just dont like it with out the animatronics from the past.
The staff seemed distracted and were not attentive to customers trying to order or pay, resulting in a chaotic experience at the counters. We were informed about their Sunday events for kids with sensory issues, like autism, where they promised lower lights, fewer crowds, and a better atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I have three autistic children, and despite being seated away from several parties, we still encountered Chuck E. Cheese approaching my daughters, who struggle with strangers, especially in unfamiliar and crowded settings. Even after the parties dispersed, the environment remained loud and crowded, resembling a typical visit rather than the calming experience that was advertised.
