EDIT: 5/6 unfortunately I?ve had to reduce my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. We will likely not be returning to eat, at least not for a while. The staff has stopped wearing masks. Regardless of politics, this is food service, and cleanliness and sanitation are very important. ????????? We went their second day in operation. The location was well staffed, clean, and the team members were friendly. We were offered samples of different types of chicken salad, and given recommendations based on what we told them we liked. The location was very clean, with team members actively cleaning, removing empty dishes from tables, etc. Overall a wonderful experience and delicious food.
Update 12-28-21 I am so thankful that Chicken Salad Chick has joined our community. They have a heart to serve Marion county. The staff is helpful and always great to work with. They have been open for months and I have been in several times over the last 8 months. Still 5 start review. What's not to love. The chicken salad is yummy! They have everything from Classic ChickenSalad to Egg Salad. The Fancy Nancy is my favorite with the apples, grapes and pecans. The grape salad is heavenly. The sugar cookies melt in your mouth. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the different flavors of chicken Salad. The staff on both days I have been were amazing. Even the grand opening was not chaos. The offer catering as well. They even have a drive through as well. Stop by and pick up some quick chick's too.
It was my 1st time visiting and the experience was amazing! I enjoyed my sandwich. The soup was good. I will definitely be back for a 2nd visit!
Staff was very friendly, ordering was easy, restaurant was very clean and food was great. They were out of pickles though and it is always a nice added touch to their meals. The Buffalo Barclay was very very hot, more than usual. I will definitely go back as it is a nice lite meal.
Nice clean dining room. Was greeted Kindly and helped promptly. Many different options of chicken salad combos. 5 different side options
