Burger King - Ocala

Seriously, I moved to the area 3 years ago and stop by this location frequently. Food is made perfectly every time. Service is always fast. I'm not picky, but have to give this location respect.Food: 5/5

Was told that pull forward to wait for my order to completed. Waited for 10 min then decided to go to the counter. Apparently who ever took my order and told me to pull forward went home early and didn't tell anyone I was waiting for my order. They also rung me up wrong with to many orders of nuggets. The worker at the counter refunded my money and provided my order.

The people in this place are so sweet. They gave us our order, and when my wife told them some of the fries were for our little dog, they immediately asked us if he had water and offered her water for the little guy. We always have plenty of water on hand for him when we're on a trip, but I've never had anyone show any concern the way they did. This was genuine. It's a shame we don't have people like that where we live. Thank you, BK folks!Parking: There's plenty of parking spaces. It's a smaller parking lot serving just the BK, but plenty of spaces, well designed, and highway access couldn't be easier. When you exit the parking lot, you come out to a light so you don't have to fight traffic either way you need to go.Wheelchair accessibility: of course wheel chair parking right at the doors.

They've never messed up my order nor have they told me to pull over on the side or park just to get a rating... Not saying they wont mess up my order in the future just saying in the three yrs i gone they haven't yet...Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu section which makes it easier for all of us in my opinion... Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches, and when we asked what the status of our order was, we were told it would be right out. Ten more minutes later, we finally received our food. The trash cans were overflowing in the dining area. The place was radio silent… would not recommend.Food: 3/5
