Bojangles - Ocala

The customer service and food quality were good, but cleanliness clearly isn't a priority here. Despite having plenty of staff, no one seemed to care about maintaining a clean environment. All the tables were dirty, and the floors and bathrooms needed attention. This place could really shine if they focused on cleanliness. If you have five workers, consider assigning one to restock and clean. The sweet tea was empty as well. First impressions matter a lot.

This Bojangles location is fantastic in every aspect. The food was fresh and served hot, our order was accurate and prepared promptly, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our meal in a clean, modern environment. I praised the manager on duty for the kindness and positive attitude of her team. Before leaving, I even bought a bottle of Bojangles seasoning—call me crazy, but I love using it on fries and chicken at home. It's delicious! I highly recommend this location, as it represents the Bojangles brand exceptionally well.

I've visited this restaurant a few times, as I live slightly south in Tampa and there aren't any locations nearby. Every time I've come up here, I've had a great experience, and the food is always good. As a side note, the bathroom stall door could use some adjustments to function properly. It's not a complaint, just an observation.

The biscuit was the best part; so fluffy and moist. The fries was good but the chicken was flat. We ordered an order of spicy and an order of original and the spicy had no spice at all and the original had no flavor. The ranch was so water down itdidn't even taste like ranch.

Everything was fantastic! I've found my new favorite spot for chicken.
