I ordered the Arby's big beef and cheese sandwich and was disappointed. The bun seemed stale and flattened, the beef tasted like lunch meat rather than quality beef, and the cheese appeared to be watered down. Overall, the sandwich quality was terrible. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.

Before ordering I make sure to tell them that insuring sandwich is complete. Some associates already know how to prepare as it should be butothers not so much. Food is too expensive for anyone to be cutting corners or slacking on my meal.
