I ordered the Arby's big beef and cheese sandwich and was disappointed. The bun seemed stale and flattened, the beef tasted like lunch meat rather than quality beef, and the cheese appeared to be watered down. Overall, the sandwich quality was terrible. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.

They're not close to home for us and we rarely eat fast food these days but wanted to try the new item, now I wish they were a little closer to home. Ialways liked Arby's because they offer a little bit different from the usual burgers.
