I've ordered from Kfc Observatory multiple times and have always found the wait to be reasonable. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the service is excellent. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept.
This KFC is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained I've been to, and I especially like the drive-thru, which the Claremont, Rondebosch, and Mowbray branches don’t offer. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. My last order was a Veg burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Although it’s not on the regular menu, they are happy to make it as a Colonel burger if you ask. It includes a hash brown, pineapple, and cheese. Since it was freshly made to order, it tasted even better and felt really satisfying. I enjoyed it so much that I might order it again even on a non-vegetarian day!
