What Sonar doesn't like about Black Bass Cevicheria Tepeyac:
I ordered 2 liters of ceviche and a water, I received only 1 liter of ceviche and what I thought was the other liter of ceviche was the water. I was thinking of letting it go because I thought the water was missing but in reality there was 1 liter of ceviche missing. And he had already paid for it.
