Gorgeous lounge lobby seating areas. Cordial and courteous staff all around the resort. Perfect hangout place for meetings and family get together. Clean surroundings. Has lazy river and swimming pools , tubes , slides , free towels for use , make sure you keep the towel card return it on time . Loved the Pool Villa the Jacuzzi villa Loved their restaurants. Great service from the Lounge by Vic Laurie Jean , Guest relation Trem , Miane , Christine. I always had great service from concierge- Gabriel , they have golf cart available to take you around the resort, from to your room Restaurants like Abalone is perfect for breakfast, can be crowded but manageable. Headed by Joseph and very accommodating Jonathan Served by Joven , Rhayl , Felix trainee great smile from receptionist- Irene . The Olive the Hai Lei restaurants have scrumptious food choices. Thank you JPArk for a memorable 30th bday and unforgettable experience that my niece and nephews had. . Its already my 2nd time there and I will surely come back and recommend it to all my friends...

The... read more The place is still nice, I've been here 5 years ago and still looks good this time. The buffet is good, still lot of international cuisines to choose from. The only downtime is to get to our room on time (The room is great), our check-in time is 2 pm but we get to our room past 2 already. That is fine, we enjoy much of our stay.The staffs are very attentive and hospitable. They gave a special dinner for my sis and the kids. I still give them 5 stars for all in all. Thanks JPark, see you next time.
