Messy and dirty, they are clearly understaffed and the tables are left unclean. We have to clean our own tables to eat

Its good, the food is good, the only problem is that the cashier didn't give me my change back, my change was around 500 pesos and i needed it back, i cant retrieve it anymore since the cashier put the drinks in the receipt runining the receipt, what i want is you guys giving me back my money because thats all i have..

Update as of 12 Nov 2021 Checked the place again . And they have seemed to improve. Chicken was all ok and the gravy. Will up more stars from the last times one star. Let's hope they keep the standard up. Update as of 15thJun 2021 Well sorry to say still not good here. Chicken doesn't look cooked well. Very light the batter.. not seen it that light before. Gravy was like water.. we asked and they did change. The first check the meat was hard.. really not sure how as it's chicken.. was stringy like old pork. Just saying it how it is... Again I normally love kfc... But not at this place. : 21 march 2018. Queued twice ... both times had no chicken!!!!!! Sounding like the uk issue !!!! The point was that most people go to KFC for C .. Chicken... so to queue for ages and then get to the counter to be told there is no chicken !!! then saying you are expecting it to arrive in an hour... I said there was no signage letting customers know !... anyway after an hour or so I came back... there was no signage saying there was no chicken .. so i assumed that the chicken had now been delivered... but after queuing again... guess what NO C in kfc !!!... the point is.... was it so hard to put up a sign... so not to waste customers time !! p.s. I love your chicken when you have it : ... just not the service!!

The branch has to vet on effective approach to hasten their process of taking orders during dinner rush hours. We wasted almost an hour on the queue despite having three lanes for the queueing. Abominable experience
