This place has some of the best rams I've ever had. first visit I had the moyashi shoyu ramen with garlic butterreis. it was so good, I came back a few nights later and had the spicy mix to ram and garlic butterrei again. beautiful, clean place and the owners are so friendly. highly recommended!
Great rams and very friendly staff. update: In garden, some paints here last year. Really good rams!
評判が良いと聞き、寄ってみました。店内は明るく綺麗で、入りやすい印象です。 醤油ラーメンと餃子を注文しました。醤油ラーメンは盛り付けが綺麗で、とても丁寧に作っている印象を受けました。シンプルなラーメンを注文すると、盛り付けが寂しく感じることがしばしばありますが、こちらはチャーシュー、海苔、メンマなどがバランスよく乗っていました。肝心の味は、見た目よりもあっさりとしていて、優しい味わいでした。香りはしっかりあるけど、くどさや嫌味の無いスープで、非常に美味しかったです。食べ飽きしなさそうな印象です。 餃子は、皮が厚めのモチモチ食感が印象的です。餡は肉と玉ねぎの甘みが出ていて、こちらも優しい味わいでした。いわゆる普通の餃子の、薄皮でニンニクやニラの効いた物とは別物です。 店員さんの心遣いが非常に丁寧で、気持ち良く食事できたのもポイント高いです。 総じて、非常に満足できました。
Locally well-known Ramen house. The bowl Presentations are impressive, but the broth needs more flavor in depth.
