Never again!!!!! (Please read to the end) When we ordered our food we were told it would be around 6:45 p.m. and when our order still wasn't there at 7:37 p.m.,... read more Never again!!!!! (Please read to the end) When we ordered our food we were told it would be around 6:45 p.m. and when our order still wasn't there at 7:37 p.m., we called and asked where our food was. At first they couldn't give us an answer and they said they would ask and then get back to us. Then they said they couldn't find our house (if I don't find something, I call the customer and don't wait for them to call me). After a detailed and clear description over the phone of where the house was, I stood on the street and waved to the driver and she drove past me three times. So I ordered the food over the phone and cooked it myself. At 8:10 p.m. the doorbell rang and what a surprise the food was there. When I didn't accept this, the driver wanted to give us the food and I refused. (The food couldn't be any warmer, cold fries are awesome). But it got even worse, my wife's cell phone rang and we had to justify why we didn't accept the food, the house couldn't be found (everyone has found it so far, even this delivery person 3 times in the past) he has to have the food throw it away now. Really great cinema, that's very professional behavior. I've never experienced anything like that
