An heißen Tagen empfiehlt es sich, das Badezeug einzupacken da dort direkt ein schön gelegenes Moorfreibaf´d dabei ist. Der Eintritt kostet 3,50€ Wer dann hungrig oder durstig geworden ist läßt sich auf der Terrasse nieder und wird sehr nett bedient

Das Lokal liegt idyllisch am Moorschwimmbad in Re... read more Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und Temperaturen um null Grad haben wir unsere Mittagsrast im Moorstüble gemacht. Das Lokal liegt idyllisch am Moorschwimmbad in Reichenbach etwas abseits des Hauptwanderwegs in Richtung Oberstdorf. Die Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und auf die Gäste warten wärmende Decken mit denen es sich gut aushalten lässt. Das Speiseangebot ist typisch für ein Wanderlokal, dass auf der Karte auch Hirschgulasch zu finden ist, hat uns aber überrascht. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu ein Weissbier und schon ist die Rast gelungen. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, durch den wetterbedingten grossen Ansturm aber leicht überlastet.

We loved moorstuble. we went alone for a few beers, and with the children (our young are 13, 11 and 8 years old) for eating, and everyone loved it. the staff in... read more We loved moorstuble. we went alone for a few beers, and with the children (our young are 13, 11 and 8 years old) for eating, and everyone loved it. the staff in both nights was really friendly and chatting. after a week. in bayern we had many traditional carvings and chips etc. so it was great to see different dips on the menu. we both had the connection with knödeln, and the young had currywurst and leberkäse (bavarian fleischloaf) with traditional bratkartoffels and sour kraut. the personal went out of the way to explain the menu and we all ate everything. after that the 3 young went into the huge sandbox and play area and blew for a long time while we had a beautiful craft beer. fortunately we went to home! would highly recommend.

I had the huge curry sausage. it was really big. next. I'll take the extra hot curry sauce because it was sweet for me. all at a place to visit after or before a beautiful walk or only.
