We visited theSchauenburg ruins and fortified ourselves there afterwards. Super nice service and really good food. And the ambience is also an eye-catcher. A really nice day there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What juana zimmermann doesn't like about Die Burg Eventgastronomie By Noarg Burgwirtschaft Schauenburg Oberkirch:
On Saturday I walked to the castle. At Burgschänke was Oktoberfest with live music. For this, 10 € was required. A cyclist costs €5.20 and a medium portion of Pommes €6.50. I've never eaten such expensive fries with ketchup. I'd be sure to bring my vesper and drink to myself next time in the price. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

Restaurant not recommended. All I'm saying is: a small portion of fries €6.50. Everyone can decide for themselves Food: 1

Beautiful view with castle ruins that can be freely explored. Nice little restaurant with a great terrace. Motorhome parking space around the corner. Recommended
The location is simply fantastic. Above the town of Oberkirch, directly below the imposingSchauenburg, it couldn't be better. The staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and you can get food and drinks really quickly, even when it's busy. The tarte flambée was very tasty and light. The castle nights on Friday evenings in summer are a great experience. There are some parking spaces at the top, but you can also use one of the parking spaces on the way and walk up, which is of course more fun. And don't forget to visit the castle. Parking: Parking spaces at the restaurant and plenty of hiking parking spaces on the street that leads up
