For Christmas dinner with the family we had reserved and ordered food: 11 people have waited for their food for more than 1h. There were 1/4 ducks on a salad leaf without supplements (no lumps, no sauce, no red cabbage) for only 5 people. 40min later the remaining food came to pieces. Then there were lumps and red coal for the children. Duck with supplements without sauce was only available for 2 persons. The sauce was asked several times, came to the end... the boss was overwhelmed. Other guests left the restaurant without food. Your food just didn't come. The best came in the end. The invoice was more than 100€ more expensive than justified.

Long waiting times also you have to order 4-5 times that you get something to eat. The waiters don't understand German. The food when it was there was good. Just go there in large groups because you have to wait at least 1.5 hours

How to start If there was no star then I wouldn't be forgiven. Only qualitatively good food justifies a given star. absolutely incapable personnel orders had to be abandoned twice, because the first operation at the order has failed in a solid way. Probably because he had AirPods in it. again the other operation could point through its good appearance. We have on the beverage order with empty guest room!!! Over half an hour waiting. at the food order, I do not start at all.. Supplemental salad actually came only after the main dish while my hot supplied pan glowed, this was already cold again when the supplement came.. In my eyes, the staff was absolutely overwhelmed and uncoordinated.

Kellner couldn't get a German and everything was confused and wrong. 11⁄2 hours long waiting time for a carving is simply shameful. The food was not so bad, but it is not recommended at all

At first glance, it seemed to me solid, but this changed in lightning fast. Waiters could be as good as not German why you had to order at least 5 times, and extremely long waiting times were almost going to the night. No question in my eyes!
