Da Salvatore is authentic Italian. you can see and taste that the crusts and and pasta are hand made. It might seem odd to come to Germany and eat Italian but sometimes you need a break from the currywurst. Also we had a vegetariam in...More View all feedback.
What Paula Funk doesn't like about Da Salvatore:
Unfortunately, we did not come to eat because we were not at all perceived by the service. After the host came past us five times, we decided to go. Anyone who treats new guests like air and joins famous people at the table has no chance to inspire new guests from his restaurant. View all feedback.
We had a nice chat with the owner Salvatore. Tasty homemade specialities including Syrah from own wineyard in Sicily.
Finally an Italian in Oberhof. That I do not expect to enjoy Tuscany in the province is probably left. After inadmissible rust and roulette surely a welcome change. Ambience is first grounded and would actually take rice again. But there are no alternatives, especially as all tables are reserved. But that has system as we have found and nothing to do with reality. Don't let it be discouraged because it was petitely cool. The Italian service was nice, but not really for the guests. You're safer to be the only pizzeria here. The Bruschetta was good with a little sale, with every Italian probably the hat on the Crema di Balsamico, but the audience likes it. The spaghetti Carbonara was interesting, the herbs (loving bells? gave a beautiful taste, the ham could have been a bit more spicy. The pizza with spinach, sheep cheese, garlic and salami picante could not have been better, always fear of me a round pizza. The Sicilian red wine had the right temperature and the last grappa was very good, probably Prosecco Grappa... As a farewell we got a bonus Grappa and a good espresso. Very good. We were culinaryly satisfied. So in this area recommend almost without any internet connection.

A beautiful village Italian. The biathlon pizzas were very delicious. And there was a farewell.
A good place to get some italian food. The dishes are well prepared. I enjoyed the best Calzone in my life and the wine cart offers a good choice of wines. They serve a really good self produced Grappa as well.
