it is a bistro next to the family lead metzgerei. a beautiful starting point for samstages if they do not have a joy to cook themselves has something delicious to eat. here we are not talking about a restaurant, but only from a bistro with warmth. foods are prepared and served quickly. that is much better than fried by the pommesbude. the personal is friendly and the prices fair. What Marian Gärtner doesn't like about Bistro In Der Fleischerei Surmann:

The gastrotipp in the oberhausen city magazine “OH!” had made me curious. (in the heart of Easter Field Release 7 2014). on Monday afternoon 28.04.14 I visited the bistro der metzgerei surmann. I noticed two lunches. a first dish and a meat dish. I decided to hack with potato and gurkensalat. as a drink a cola. the cola with straw came immediately, 2 minutes later eat. the first look at the teller was not intoxicating. the potatoes were cut into coarse pieces and poured over with a sauce. I could not associate the taste of the sauce, he needed reconciliation. now to the kotelett: very small, very thin, very brittle no kotelett taste! the gay must have died several times. on the chop a brown-running, inconspicuous disc lemon. I had the impression of this meat with lemon was kept warm for a long time and forgotten. Conclusion: I can't remember eating worse and worse. –et–

So we're with a dog. just before the order of eating we were, from whomever cook, not thought from above that no dogs were allowed. we have pointed out that the missing shield dogs remain outside or the like. we were still wiped. I can't. the bistro is no longer a question for us!
