Fantastic considering all aspects. Did not get to take advantage of the accommodation, therefore will not be reviewing that. The food is amazing, with the menu being well thought out. Bravo! Ana Ros was one of the chefs that I truly fell in love with when I watched her story on Chef’s Table. Hisa Franko is an amazing restaurant located in Slovenia. I was here for the first time, but definitely not the last. It is really hard to find a place that is filled with such love and passion by these amazing waiters and chefs that, in a way, it is really hard to comment. From the beginning to the end, you are treated like you are at your grandparents' house. Each detail was spotted. Can you imagine that I am left-handed and they modify the whole set-up on the table according to me? This has never happened to me before, and I would really like to show my appreciation to the waiters that have been with us this evening. We were checked out during the evening by the manager to see if everything was fine, and I was not able to find the perfect words to explain to him how impressed I am. We were also lucky that some of the chefs from the kitchen came out and explained some plates to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Because of you, we will definitely come back to your restaurant soon. It is really not so easy to find a place and see so many young, motivated, passionate, and professional people. Keep it up!
