We went there several times while we stayed in puerto escondido. the owner of the shop is vegan so they offer a lot of vegan options. These include homemade hummus, tofu and tempeh (depending on what has been prepared) that are all delicious! They also sell some vegan cookies and cakes. in addition, they can get nice, fruit, bread and stack food there. highly recommended to check this place!

I think it is usually organic; many of nuts butter, seeds, nuts, cratered, various loosely crimped, healthy natural brote. Organic vegetables. good selection of homemade cookies. moderately expensive, more authentic loading. describing a visit worth no more prepared meals available.

This family works so hard to produce the best quality food options in all Puerto. homemade tofu and various style tempo, kambucha, brot, hummus, babaganoosh....all homemade. we shop here once per week. See you soon!

Went here on a Saturday after a yoga practice hoping for a scrumptious and nutritious bite to eat. The location is quite isolated from the rest of town and so arriving to find that there is no food service on Saturday was a jolting disappointment. I had checked their Facebook which made no note of that, but being sympathetic to my hangry condition they offered me some of their own food to me at a reasonable price salad, soup, bread; simple but delicious and healthy. Their shop has a wide selection of whole wheat breads and organic produce and they could not be more friendly. When they do have food, however, note that it is NOT a menu ejecutivo or any such full meal: from 9am they offer a selection of juices and then salads for lunch and in the afternoon: they offer NO other prepared foods. Se ubica un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad y así llegando para darme cuenta que no ofrecen comida preparada los sábados me decepcionó bastante. Había checado su página de Facebook antes de salir y no tenían cualquier aviso de este día de descanso, pero comprensivo a mi estado de ira de hambre me ofrecieron algo de su comida para sí mismos (viven por atrás me parece) a un precio razonable: sopa, ensaladita, pan integral sencillo pero bien rico y sano. Su tienda tiene un gran surtido de panes integrales y abarrotes orgánicos y no podían ser ellos más amables. Cuando tiene servicio se comida entre semana, fíjate que NO ofrecen un menú ejecutivo o tal cosa: a partir de las 9 ofrecen jugos y después una selección de ensaladas por la tarde; no ofrecen NINGÚN otra comida preparada.
